Silence

Last friday I was Silent
So much can be said
Yet no one speaks
For the simple rule that
Actions Speak louder than words

I do believe we've been battling these past few days
With our little childish game of taps
Don't you think?

So here we go, my silence begins with my fingers drumming
again, and once more, then I close my eyes for 4 seconds

So, what does this silence tell you?

Please not again, we've already done this today.
It hurts, please stop, no more no more...
"You're useless!" I hear my Daddy scream out.
My ears ring and I feel my head hit the wall.
I can feel there's something warm and sticky all over my face.
I try not to cry, try not to make a sound.
My ears are ringing and I can still hear you yelling at me.
You spit in my face,
Why are you so mad Daddy?
I did everything just like you said.
So, why am I here on the ground, wishing I was dead just like you wish too.

Positive Outlook

Just let it go, every day, every night, every moment. Move on, and don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened. Besides, even if everything goes wrong, you will always be my friend.
